Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3 PM (CET) are processed the next business day.

  • During busy periods (e.g. holidays, launches, sales), processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen events. As our items are custom-printed for you, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for production before your order ships."


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • You can track your package via the courier’s website or through the tracking link in the email.


4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship only in Europe. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at elenelbusiness@gmail.com 

  • Elenel is not liable for delays caused by customs or import procedures.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first.

  • If the issue persists, reach out to us at elenelbusiness@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate.

  • Elenel is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries.


6. Address Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after your order has been placed. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed.
